Automatic arrangements and questions

Use the full Pre-Authorized Payment form and attach a void cheque for scheduled payments. Incomplete forms are returned.

Call 311 or use 311 chat for balance and due date. A high bill or suspected leak is a separate service issue; payment is not proof a leak has been fixed. The billing schedule covers the utility’s service communities, not private well billing or every municipality on the island.
